The Connecticut Jr. Rangers had a great run as Semi Finalists in the Brick International Tournament--which features North America's top 10 year old hockey players. The Brick tournament held in Edmonton, Alberta is considered by many to be the top youth hockey tournament in the world.
Max was part of the Jr. Ranger team that was picked from a pool the over 150 of the top 10 year old players from the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Coached by former NHL'er Jeff Hamilton, recently inducted Hall of Famer Martin St. Louis and former Yale standout Kevin Peel the team had huge success all Spring and Summer. The team won two championships playing a year up in Elite divisions as well as being a Finalist falling to eventual Brick Champions the Toronto Bulldogs in their tournament.

Thanks for doing such an incredible job with the kids!!!!

Have a great night.
Kevin

“Just wanted to reach out to both of you to say thank you for instilling such a strong work ethic in me. I move to Toronto by myself on Sunday to study Marketing at Seneca College to take the first step towards achieving the life I want for myself, but I honestly don't think I would've gained the will power to push through the odds I've faced and am going too face without the nurturing from both you during my years as an adolescent. I'll always carry that with me, and no matter what creeps up to try and bring me down in life, I'll always remember to bury my head and push through.
Thank you!”

I JUST WANTED TO START BY SAYING THANK YOU. YOU'VE HAD MY SON JOEY SINCE HE WAS 3YRS OLD AND OWE HIS TREMENDOUS SKATING SKILLS TO YOU BOTH. THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT HE HAS BEEN GIVEN BECAUSE OF HIS SKATING ARE UNBELIEVABLE! HE STARTED OUT BEING PART OF A 20-0 WHEATFIELD BLADE MITE MINOR CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM, AFTER THAT HE WENT ON TO PLAY FOR THE BUFFALO REGALS SCTA NOVICE TEAM AND HAD A SUCCESSFUL SEASON COMING IN 4TH PLACE PLAYING AGAINST SOME OF THE BEST CANADIAN 07 KIDS. THIS YEAR HE HAS JOINED THE 9U BUFFALO JR SABRES! DURING LAST SPRING JOEY PLAYED FOR ROC CITY ELITE AND WHILE PLAYING FOR THEM WAS ASKED TO PLAY FOR SHD NEW ENGLAND OUT OF BOSTON. THIS SPRING HE HAS PLAYED FOR THEM BOTH AGAIN AND THE BOSTON JR BRUINS IN THE BRICK SERIES. HE HAS BEEN ABLE TO TRAVEL AND PLAY IN THE BOSTON SHOWDOWN, THE MONTREAL MELTDOWN, MINNESOTA FOR THE COAST TO COAST AND TO LAS VEGAS FOR THE KINGS OF VEGAS! JOEY ALSO ATTENDED BOSTON UNIVERSITY FOR A WEEK LONG CAMP. EVERY PLACE HE HAS BEEN ALL THEY CAN SAY IS WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE SKATER HE IS AND WITHOUT STARTING WITH YOU BOTH AND CONTINUING COMING TO YOUR SCHOOLS I CAN PROMISE HE WOULDN'T BE AT LEVEL HE IS AND HE OWES IT ALL TO YOU. PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY HE'S 9 AND I TELL THEM ALL EVERY PLAYER IN THE NHL WAS 9 ONCE AND LOOK WHERE THEIR DREAMS TOOK THEM! AT THE END OF THE DAY YOUR JOB AS A PARENT IS TO TRY AND PROVIDE YOUR CHILD WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE THEIR DREAM AND IF THEIRS IS HOCKEY LIKE JOEY'S I SUGGEST YOU START WITH SKATING AND YOU BOTH ARE THE BEST!
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND JOEY LOVES YOU BOTH!!

THANK YOU

I just wanted to say thank you for using my daughters picture as the cover photo for this group. She is 6 years old and loves the game of hockey. I am honoured how far this picture has made its way around social media. She is amazing on and off the ice and I am one proud Mom.

“I just wanted to say how much Jenna and I have appreciated the times you guys have worked with Chloe over the years. She made the Stoney Creek “A” team this year and we believe with all the skating drills you guys have taught her and pushing her is how it was made possible.
Thanks again.”
